We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Only accepted if the item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items

• Used or damaged items not due to shipping
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Change of mind after use

Refunds

Refunds are issued if:

• Item is defective or damaged
• Wrong item was sent
• Item was not delivered

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return
